My music moves in the midst of a fragmented sound environment, between pop music remnants, electronic sounds and opera. The sounding splinters are more than superficial quotations or historical remnants. I understand the decision for a disparate sound language as an attempt at queer composing, against standardization and homogenization. Hanging beats, strange accompanying figures, synthetic voices, iconic pop sounds and lost studio effects in my compositions demand an ever-changing, idiosyncratic way of listening. Tracks through a thicket of love, identity and sonic desire.
